Social Media Virtual Assistant
JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a Social Media Virtual Assistant to fill an immediate position on our team. Our ideal candidate is someone that is creative, eager to learn, considers themselves a detailed thinker, manages time wisely to meet established due dates, a good communicator and reliable. This position will range between 10-15 hours per month and pays $20 U.S. per hour based on experience. This position is 100% remote and will start with a 90-day trial period to make sure it’s a good fit for you and us. **Note: This position is NOT client facing but will include management of multiple client accounts, each with their own strategy and preferred scheduling platform **PLEASE DO NOT MESSAGE OUR TEAM. POSITION INCLUDES:
- Social media content calendar creation in Asana
- Social media post copy creation/curation via content repurposing
- Social media graphic creation in Canva
- Creating carousel posts, as well as Instagram Story slides
- Scheduling posts through Facebook Creator Studio or client’s preferred platform (MeetEdgar, Later, Planoly, etc.)
- Social media monthly metrics reporting for client’s platforms
IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL:
- Be able to start working together at the beginning of April
- Be highly organized and able to stay on schedule
- Be creative when it comes to social media content and graphic design
- Have a high level of attention to detail
- Preferably be experienced in working with online business owners
- Great communicator
- Can efficiently meet deadlines
- Excited to be part of a fun, active, and growing team serving idea generating female business owners
